We are excited to inform you about several interesting updates to our Knowledge Platform! The updates were made based on feedback received from Community Members and are designed to optimize user experience.
The new home page includes a “search all” feature, allowing a search of the whole Knowledge Platform with just one click. In addition, the new feature “suggested for you” provides customized suggestions for contents based on the topics of interest specified in the users’ profiles. (Please note that the more information you provide in your profile about the topics and sectors you are interested in, the more relevant your suggestions).
Furthermore, we are proud to report improved graphics, including a new double visualization feature available for the search results, an optimization of the user interface, a new layout for the community members section of the Knowledge Platform, and a new layout for the external contents page.
We have added a page “Contact Us”, where you can provide suggestions for new features on the Knowledge Platform, new content to be published, report bugs, etc. Your feedback is essential for us!
In case you missed it: Back in June 2023, a new feature “Community members” was added to the Knowledge Platform to foster the creation of connections between the community members. To support this process, if your profile is not visible there yet – please check your profile entry and change your settings to consent.
