On the 25th of January 2024 we are organizing an online open webinar on sustainable collaborative business modelling for Industrial Symbiosis.

Becoming more circular and sustainable often requires collaboration in innovation and aligning future business models. However, establishing this is not always evident and it poses different challenges. Ranging from identifying organizations that are import to collaborate and establish trust to identifying strategic choices and establishing governance and securing finance.

In this webinar the Collaborative Business Modelling approach will be explained, along the tools to support the analysis, design and evaluation steps. This participative process outlines how organizations can work together and organize themselves to exploit an innovation that creates a sustainable or circular impact.

The webinar is aimed at Facilitating Organisations in context of Hubs4Circularity Community but is open to anyone interested. As a follow-up to this introductory webinar, we will host subsequential workshops in which you will be guided to work on your specific cases.

The webinar and the follow-up workshops are free of charge, but registration, preparation and participation are required. When: 25th January 15:00-17:00 (CET)

For whom: open for all organizations that have a connection to this topic: either because they are located in an Industrial Symbiosis/hub area, they are facilitating/coordinating it or they are (interested in) collaborating with these areas.
